Delivery & Return Conditions
After receiving your order, you must send the products within 14 business days from the date they are delivered to you. We kindly ask that you pay attention to the return conditions when sending the products back to us. The products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with their original tags and accessories. Once your product reaches us, if it meets the return conditions, the return will be approved. After the product you returned reaches us, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank. If there is a delay, please contact your bank.
Turkey Orders and Returns: You can return your domestic orders via Yurtiçi Kargo. You can send the product to us by delivering it to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch with the free return agreement code 1142587620. Our address, defined within the code, is as follows:

Shipping fees for returns made via other courier companies must be paid by you. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
International Orders and Returns: Products ordered from abroad are shipped from our overseas warehouse via DHL Cargo. For international returns, it is sufficient to send the product to the warehouse address indicated on the invoice that comes with your shipment.
