Delivery Time

Your shipments will be prepared for delivery within 1-3 business days from the date of order. The average delivery time for your order is 1-4 business days and may vary depending on the courier company’s workload. Weekend shipments are not available. All orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be delivered to courier on Monday.

Return Policy

After receiving your order, you must return it within 14 business days of receiving the products, along with the invoice sent to you via email.
Once we receive your product, and if it meets the return conditions, your return will be approved. Once we receive your returned product, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your bank. In case of delays, we kindly ask you to contact your bank.

You can return your orders via Yurtiçi Kargo. You can return the product to us by returning it to your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch using the free return agreement code 1142587620. Our address, defined within the code, is as follows:

You must pay the shipping costs for other shipping companies. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted.

Products ordered from abroad are shipped from our overseas warehouse via DHL Cargo. You must return the product to our warehouse address on the invoice that comes with your shipment, following the return terms.
